Wedding Cakes by Affairs
Our wedding cakes are created with the individual care that is unique to Affairs.

For your wedding, we recommend our signature dessert, the Affairs Torte. This is a layered torte, with each tier made of layers of cakes, buttercream, and fillings. We make this torte in these varieties:

Mocha Affairs
Lemon Affairs
White Chocolate Raspberry Affairs
White Chocolate Strawberry Affairs

Or, you may wish to choose one of our other desserts, such as Carrot Cake, Chocolate Layer Cake, Vanilla Cake, or our famous Cheesecake. Our cakes are iced and decorated in buttercream. This is a true Italian Meringue Buttercream, and is ivory in color.

Price includes:

Flowers: Most of our cakes are decorated with fresh flowers. Here are your options:
• The florist decorates the cake to integrate with the rest of your wedding design. We will have the cake set up whenever they need it.
• You can purchase flowers and have Affairs put them on the cake. In this case, the flowers will need to be delivered to Affairs the day before the wedding.
• Affairs will purchase flowers and place them, by quote.

How to Research and Order your Cake:
1. Come to the Café to look at more photos.
2. Once you decide you like our style, call for an appointment with Gay. At that time we write up the order based on your plans and ideas. There is a $50 down payment to hold the date.
3. 15 days prior to the wedding, we will call to confirm all details of the cake. The balance is due at this time.

Remembrances:
We offer Affairs Chocolate Truffles in a smaller size as a Wedding Favor. They are packed in a 2” square box, with a chiffon ribbon in your color choice. Priced at $2.65 each. They make a lovely gift at the table place setting, in a basket, or butler-passed. Molded chocolates are also available in heart, cake, or rose shapes, at $2.15 per box.
