Affairs has been producing made-from-scratch, original gourmet dessert and lunch menus in University Place, WA., for over 16 years. Regionally well-known for our handmade chocolate truffles, handpoured chocolate nut clusters, antique pewter-mold solid chocolate figures, and over 30 varieties of the best cheesecakes and specialty desserts you will ever find, Affairs  also prepares fresh and original full lunch entrees and gourmet lunch takeout boxes daily.

*Affairs was lost to a suspicious fire on October 10th, 2000. In the intervening year, we continued to produce our chocolate truffles and desserts from a leased commercial kitchen facility in U.P., while rebuilding.

We reopened on September 29th, 2001, and in addition to an expanded bakery and chocolates line, we now offer a full-service fine dining restaurant and Banquet Room, serving a very unique breakfast, a busy lunch ( arrive early!), and onsite-catered  dinners in our warm ambience and comfortable setting.
