Affairs truffles are not mere chocolates. They are handcrafted chocolate shells filled with the finest real chocolate, fresh heavy cream and luxurious sweet butter. Some are laced with a liqueur, others with nuts, fruit, or fine vanilla.
Every Affair is hand-dipped and hand-decorated. No expense is spared in the creation of these fine confections. Each single truffle is over two ounces of Guittard chocolate, heavy cream, liquer, dried fruit, nuts, praline, or other high-quality ingredients. These deliberately oversized, creamy confections,---requiring just eight truffles to total one pound of chocolate, were created to be shared.
You may notice that the Affairstruffles do not all appear
the same.Some may be crisscrossed with stripes, others crowned with a nut or chocolate
drop.
