Savory Braids and Sandwiches:

Filled Braids: Our fresh bread is filled with a savory filling, baked, and sliced. Can be served hot or room temperature. Choose from:

· Italian: salami, onion, pepper, olive, artichoke hearts, ricotta, and mozzarella.

· Smoked Turkey, onion, red & green peppers, black olives, and cheddar cheese.

· Pesto Chicken: sliced chicken breast, black olives, basil pesto,ricotta, and mozzarella.

Sandwich Wreaths: finger sandwiches made on our own fresh bread, arranged in a wreath shape. Choose from:

· Baked turkey with cranberry cream cheese

· Smoked turkey & Swiss

· Veggie.

Savory Wraps: a wide assortment of colorful tortilla wraps, cut and arranged ready to serve. Variety includes baked turkey, smoked turkey, honey ham, roast beef, and roasted vegetable.

Chicken Satay: Tender breast of chicken on bamboo skewers, topped with

our spicy peanut sauce and fresh cilantro. Can be served cold or re-heated. $22 per dozen.

Asian Chicken Fingers: Strips of tender chicken skewered and glazed with a sweet and spicy Thai sauce. Can be served cold or re-heated. $22 per dozen.

Moroccan Beef Skewers: Beef filet on bamboo skewers, glazed with our

delicious Moroccan glaze. Can be served cold or re-heated. $22 per dozen.

Meat and Cheese Tray: baked turkey, smoked turkey, honey baked ham,

roast beef, Italian salami, cheddar, Swiss, and provolone. With our house-made honey mustard.

Baked Penne Pasta: Fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and spinach, simmered in a 4-cheese sauce. Half-pan serves 8-15; $70: Full pan serves 15-20 $135.
