Harvest Salad, baked turkey, dried cranberries, blue cheese, red onion, and huckleberry vinaigrette on spring greens.

Chef’s Salad, with sliced meats and cheeses, tomato, onion, cucumber, on spring greens.

Vegetarian Chef’s Salad, sliced vegetables and cheeses on spring greens.

Our fresh bakery bread baked with  choice of filling:

•          Italian (salami, onion, pepper, olive, artichoke hearts, ricotta, and mozzarella)

•          Smoked Turkey (smoked turkey, onion, red & green peppers, black olives, and cheddar)

•          Pesto Chicken (sliced chicken breast, black olive, basil pesto, ricotta, and mozzarella)  

Baked Penne Pasta Buffet $11.50 per person.

Fresh & sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic and spinach, simmered in a 4-cheese sauce.  

Quiche Lunch Buffet $11.50 per person.

Affairs famous quiche, your choice of Ham & Cheese, Bacon & Swiss, Mushroom & Swiss, Tomato & Provolone,  Broccoli & Cheddar.
