	Cakes Desserts are prepared on premises by our talented pastry chefs, using the finest of ingredients: the same quality chocolate as is used in our truffles, sweet cream butter, fresh local eggs, Oregon hazelnuts, Texas pecans, heavy cream, & fresh local berries.

Vanilla genoise, vanilla buttercream, chocolate souffle, and chocolate ganache.

Vanilla genoise, raspberry buttercream, chocolate souffle, and chocolate raspberry ganache.

Vanilla genoise, hazelnut praline buttercream, chocolate souffle, chocolate ganache and frangelico.
