Chocolate Rum Cake .....$40 A tradition of vanilla and chocolate, this is four layers of rich vanilla pound cake soaked with a rum syrup and layered with creamy chocolate. Iced with chocolate ganache.
Raspberry Almond Rum Cake $40 Four layer vanilla pound cake, soaked with rum syrup and layered with marzipan and raspberry preserves. Iced with chocolate ganache.

Affairs Torte
Our signature dessert, very elegant
and well-suited to any special occasion. Each torte is actually
10 layers of different cakes, buttercreams, and fillings. These
cakes are rectangles, a good 4” tall, and finished with vanilla buttercream.
