Affairs has been busy baking cakes since 1985. All the cakes shown here are made from scratch and on location, using only the freshest all-natural ingredients.
We always have a selection of desserts available on-hand and in-store. However, to guarantee you get the cake you want, please call anytime.
We require just 48 hours notice on all cake orders, and are standing by to take your call.

Red Velvet Heart With cream cheese filling, vanilla buttercream, and our famously moist red velvet layers. A real crowd pleaser.	Coconut Cream Heart This popular dessert now comes in a heart shape, covered in pink coconut.	Chocolate Strawberry Heart Moist chocolate layer cake filled with chocolate ganache and then iced with our strawberry buttercream.

Cakes and Tortes

Black and White Cake One layer chocolate, one layer vanilla, and a fresh pastry cream between them. Covered in chocolate buttercream and then finished off by pouring our signature chocolate ganache over the top.	Chocolate Red Velvet Duo One layer red velvet, one layer chocolate, and a layer of our freshly made all-natural cream cheese frosting inside and out. A perfect compromise.	White Chocolate Dacquoise Chocolate cake, baked meringue, and white chocolate filling. This cake has many creamy, sweet layers. Iced in a buttercream and finished with white chocolate wedges.	Endless Chocolate Cake Three layer moist chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling, chocolate buttercream, and chocolate wedges on top. Similar in design to the Dacquoise, but more for the chocolate lover.
Coconut Cream Cake Vanilla cake filled with coconut pastry cream, iced with our freshly made whipped cream and coconut flakes.	German Chocolate Cake Chocolate layer cake with traditional pecan coconut filling, iced with chocolate buttercream.	Tiramisu Cake Chocolate cake brushed with espresso and orange brandy, layered with mascarpone cream and iced with mocha buttercream.	Chocolate Truffle Torte Classic French almond torte filled with a whipped chocolate ganache. Poured with chocolate and topped with our famous truffles.
			Carrot Cake Tall and moist, with freshly made all natural cream cheese frosting.

Gender Reveal Cakes
Affairs will create a cake as pictured below for you or your loved one's Gender Reveal party.
Simply bring in the top secret envelope provided by the doctor with the Baby's gender inside and we will bake a cake
either blue or pink, depending on the results! This makes for a great party and a fun way of finding out whether your bun in the oven is a boy or a girl.
