Dessert:  French Silk Heart, with whipped cream & chocolate bark.

Join us for a fun evening, with old friends and new.

We gather in Affairs’ Private Dining Room.  First we taste chocolate      varieties, and learn chocolate        history, folklore, fun and fact.

Then you are served dinner and a glass of wine to enjoy while Gay   prepares and instructs the              evening’s dessert. 

Finally, we eat the dessert!
